These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services of Daniela Cleaning Services ("we", "us" or "our"), operating in the State of Massachusetts. By requesting an estimate or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide residential cleaning services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning and post-construction cleaning. The scope of each service is defined in your estimate and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are free and based on the information you provide about your home, including size, condition and requested services. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the home differs significantly from the description. Any adjustment will be communicated before work begins.
Scheduling and Access
- Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement.
- Please provide access to the home at the scheduled time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
Payments
We accept Zelle, cash and check. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not currently accept credit cards or Venmo.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any detail of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and correct the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee covers the areas included in the agreed scope of service.
Liability
We treat your home and belongings with great care. Please inform us in advance of any fragile, valuable or delicate items that require special attention. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly installed fixtures or items not disclosed to us.
SMS Communications
By opting in to text messages, you agree to receive service-related SMS from Daniela Cleaning Services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

The content of this website is for general information about our services. We may update content, services and prices at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States.
